Located in the south of Nanjing Pearl Spring Tourism Holiday Resort, the project of Foshou Lake leans against Laoshan Mountain in the upper reaches of Foshou Lake, Nanjing. This project park covers a land area of 43.7692 hectares and a floor area of 136,639m², including mansions, hotels and auxiliary commercial facilities, with a planned plot ratio of 0.30. By making full use of forest resources on the ridges, this project merges its buildings and roads into the topography. In addition, by maintaining the original vegetation and topography of the site, this project builds a residential park marked by a perfect combination of labor and nature. The kindergarten has been designed for the east side because its function is to accommodate the entire community. The architectural planning incorporates the use of simple lines, adjusting the architecture for each unit to fit perfectly. Forest Manor enables the enjoyment of the water from all locations with a balanced character given the combination of natural landscape and man-made landscape design, coupled with the central water feature running through the entire community. Additionally, the curvilinear style of architectures provides protection from the noisy city life, contributing to a relaxed body and mind in natural surroundings.

The architectural style of Forest Manor Phase IV is Spanish Albanian: an Asian style mixed with Moorish European style, embracing Romantic Mediterranean inspiration. The center of the apartment hotel is schemed into a large-scale concentrated Greenland as the landscape core and, on the basis of the dot-type landscape structure in front of each enterprise club building, around the artificial drainage pattern as well as according to the natural landscaping, creates landscape spacing of inwardness, thus guaranteeing the high quality of the landscape and scheme of the entire district.

The chamber is located on the second floor of the two residences of T-1-T-4 and T6-T9, serving as a connecting link in functions. All stuffs in the chamber are facilitated with a transition lobby to guide the crowd, which also make it convenient for the management of operational time. The annular corridor is one major feature of the chamber, where on the facades, on which it is connected with the central hanging garden, several door panels are installed to ensure interaction and sharing between interior and exterior. In order to make the annular corridor ideologically less rigid and inflexible, several transitions and comparatively complex conversions consciously augment some space nodes as well as bring in green ornaments, filling much rhythm sensation and lingering charm to the winding corridor. The architectural art of the Chinese nation is of long standing. The architectural art heritage of the residences inside and outside the Great Wall, in the upper and lower reaches of the Yellow River becomes an important component part of the folk cultural art treasury. We view how to utilize the collective ancient residences to express the essence of the Chinese architectural art as the thinking of the conceptual architectural design of this project.

Both the entrusting party and us firmly believe that, the space design shall give consideration to the importance of the people's emotions. Our design idea is also based on this concept. The primitive architectural design stems from the nature, the essence of the Chinese traditional architectural art is the "unity of heaven, earth, man" and is reflected in the ancient architectural art. With regard to the conceptual design, we try to use the natural building materials and reserve the external appearance and internal space of the former buildings as much as possible. During the course of project design, we concurrently play two different roles---inheritor and innovator. We not only need to know clearly how to inherit and utilize the ancient architectural art, but also introduce the new design ideas for the sake of the embodiment of modern life. We believe that we have found a reasonable balancing point of them.

The inspiration for design of Sole Bellagio is from the European Mediterranean. Sunshine kiss jungle, wave dab sandy beach and the building of large slope roof grow on the bank next to the river. An enormous arch seems to be a natural view-finder, it sketch a beautiful scenery arc for us. A row of arcade of Spanish Style is standing in front, the sun umbrellas in bright color offer the leisure place for us. Water and building set off each other. Along the beautiful coastline several rows of sailing boats is to be navigated. The nice scenery created by the designer build a heaven for traveling, this is the original design concept.

Wharf Ambassador Villa is located in the Jinji Lake avenue of Suzhou Industrial Park, overlooking the Jinji Lake, Dushu Lake and LiGongdi Commercial Street as well as displaying the self-evident grandeur of the visitors. Therefore, the whole design is focused on the creation of harmonious interior space through combining together the particularly favorable geographical environment and the European style of the building itself.

Due to the adoption of the typical manifestation of European rhythm and sequence, the whole space perfectly expresses the classical makings, tasteful and elegant. Emphasis on center is a particularity of the space that facing a slanting ground with marble pattern which is featured by changeable interweaving cross, revealing the rhythm beauty of interlacing plane and geometric figures.

Living near the water has been a model of the Chinese traditional residence mode all through the ages.
